Key ships of the British task Force sail in close formation in the Mediterranean Sea during the build-up to the coalition liberation of Iraq in march 2003. RFA Argus Launched : February 1982 Aviation training ship crewed by Royal Fleet Auxiliary Built in 1981. Requisitioned in 1982 for the Falklands War and purchased outright in 1984 (ex civilian Contender Bezant). |
